Crl.M.P.No.2030 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21422 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15995 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21422 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mayiladuthurai Town Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m.
