ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to furnish the Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificates as stipulated in the conditions of Tender Notice No.52/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026, issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, that the work site inspection is underway and that the certificates would be issued to the 2/4

petitioner, if all other parameters are found to be in order, by tomorrow, before 5.45pm.
