Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1291/2018/Aa1 and quash the impugned order dated 17.12.2018 and its consequential order dated 05.01.2019 as highly illegal and ultra vires the Constitution of India and further a direction, directing the 1st respondent herein to permit the petitioner to perform Poojas, Rituals and other normal functions in dated 17.12.2018 on 05.01.2019 and quash the same as illegal further for a direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to perform the Poojas, Rituals and other normal functions in THIRUNER ANNAMALAIYAR TEMPLE at Girivala Pathai, Athiyandhal Village, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District.
