This petition has been filed to quash the First Information in Crime No.167 of 2018 pending on the file of the fist respondent for the offences under sections 406, 409 and 420 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that already final report has already been filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Tiruppur in C.c.No.236 of 2019.

3. In such view of the matter, quashing of the First Information report does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
