Ms.N.Mohanapriya, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for sole writ petitioner, Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned State counsel for Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned counsel for third respondent Executive Officer are before this Court.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned counsel for Executive Officer submit in one voice that the writ petitioner is no more and the captioned writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording this stated position, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Though obvious, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion or view on the merits of the matter in this order.
