This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records with respect of Crime No.1264 of 2013 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report as "Mistake of Fact" before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, on 25.03.2016.
