This petition is filed to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.15070 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Ms.I.Malar, the learned counsel takes notice for second respondent and submitted that she has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
