Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the sale deed in Doc.No.8124/2018 dated 26.11.2018 (which is based on the settlement deed Doc.No.10070/2018 dated 31.12.2014) and another sale deed in Doc.No.8354 of 2018 dated 19.12.2018 (which is based on the settlement deed in Doc. No.10069/2018 dated 31.12.2014) in view of Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. For Petitioner :

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to issue a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the sale deed dated 26.11.2018, which is based on the settlement deed dated 31.12.2014 and another sale deed dated 19.12.2018, which is based on the another settlement deed dated 31.12.2014 in view of Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives for adjudication.
