A.No.687 of 2023 in C.S. No.141 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By this application, the plaintiff seeks to implead the eighth respondent as the eighth respondent in A.No.5933 of 2022.

2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the eighth respondent is in partial possession of the suit property. The proposed respondent has filed a counter indicating that she is agreeable to being impleaded since she is in possession of the relevant property.

3. Upon considering the aforesaid, the proposed party is, at a minimum, a proper party. Consequently, the application is allowed as prayed for. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the consequential amendments in the application on or before 03.03.2023. Once the amendment is carried out, a copy of the amended application shall be served on the other parties. List on 13.03.2023.
