The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4) and 351(2) of BNS in Crime No.353 of 2024 dated 24.08.2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the accused person had been arrested.
