This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.04.2022 made in W.P.No.8844 of 2022. 2.This Court vide order dated 11.04.2022 made in W.P.No.8844 of 2022 issued direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame. Since the same was not complied with, this contempt petition was filed by the petitioner. On 07.07.2023, this Court issued statutory notice to the respondent and granted liberty to file petition for dispensing with the appearance of the contemnor, along with the compliance report, if the order has been complied with.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2022 made in W.P.No.8844 of 2022, appropriate orders were passed on 26.07.2023. Compliance order and sub application seeking dispensing with the appearance of the contemnor have also been filed.

4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub application is also closed.
