N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J The matter was posted under the caption for being mentioned, upon a mentioning made by Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisti, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Wakf Board. 2.
The learned Standing counsel submitted that the members of the Wakf Board belongs to different districts and hence, it will be difficult for the Board to conduct the hearing on three different dates as was directed by this Court in Paragraph 3 (a), (b) and (c). The learned Standing counsel submitted that all the members will be able to assemble on the same day and separate timings will be fixed for all the three Wakfs and on the same day, they will be heard and a final decision will be taken. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Wakf Board. 1 / 4

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Standing counsel and the written instructions received from the Chief Executive Officer of the Board addressed to the Standing counsel, Paragraph 3 of the order shall read as follows :- (a) The interested persons belonging to Eidka (G.S.2), Pallivasal (G.S.3) and Kabarasthan (G.S.5) shall appear before the Wakf Board on 18.07.2023 in the following manner:- (i) The interested persons belonging to Eidka (G.S.2) shall appear at 11.30 a.m., (ii)The interested persons belonging to Pallivasal (G.S.3) shall appear at 2.00 p.m and (iii) The interested persons belonging to Kabarasthan (G.S.5) shall appear at 4.00 p.m.
(b) The Waqf Board shall consider the views expressed by the interested persons belonging to all the three 2 / 4
Waqfs and shall take a final decision with respect to the elections to be conducted to the three Waqfs. Such final decision shall be taken by the Waqf Board on or before 28.07.2023. and (c) It is made clear that the Waqf Board will not issue any separate notice and the date and time fixed by this Court shall be strictly complied with and the interested persons shall ensure that they do not postpone the hearing and it shall be completed on the date fixed by this Court.

The Registry is directed to furnish the order copy to the learned counsel appearing on either side after carrying out the necessary amendment.
