This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 305 days in representing the Crl.RC.SR.No.8959 of 2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 305 days representing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
