2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.167 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.154 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam.
