O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of "Golden Ayurvedic Spa" at No.7/62-2C-2, Sumangali Garden, Keeranatham Road, Saravanampatti Post, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as on date, no representation was received by the respondent Police. He further submitted that if the petitioner gives the representation, necessary action would be taken.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court dispose of this petition with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent Police. On receiving such representation, the respondent Police is directed to dispose of the representation in the manner known to law.
