date of the Government order and further direction the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Office Assistant from the date of initial appointment and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits.
Prayer in W.P.No.20823 of 2013: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents 1,3, & 4 in connection with the impugned order passed in GO D No.50 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj C7 Dept Dated 26.08.11, Na.Ka.No.7406/2010/K5/1 dated 27.09.12 and Na.Ka.No.2823/2011/A5 dated 19.10.12 respectively and quash the same in so far as denying the monetary benefits and also regularization of the services from the date of the government order and further direct the respondents to regularise the service in the cadre of Office Assistant from the date of initial appointment or alternatively from the date of completion of 10 years of service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits. Subsequently, when the matter came up for hearing on 23.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought time on the same
ground, and the matter was adjourned.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Moreover, upon reviewing the case records, it appears that no such application to bring the Lrs on record has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. K.SURENDER, J.
