This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to re-open and re-investigate the case in Crime No.1035 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police S13, Chrompet Police Station, Chrompet, Chennai and consequently file a fresh final report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 16.04.2015 as "further action dropped".

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
