This petition has been filed informing non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.31934 of 2013 dated 12.12.2013, which required the respondent to file final report in Crime No.252 of 2013 within a period of three months.

2. There is no representation for petitioner. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that charge sheet https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been filed before learned Judicial Magistrate IV,

Vellore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.443 of 2015.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case.
