ORDER

At the threshold, it is worth pointing out that this writ petition has been filed belatedly inasmuch as the process of certificate verification for the post of Lab Assistant has already been over on 09.04.2017 and 10.04.2017 and subsequently, final selection list has also been issued. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.

When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition challenging the selection list. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought above, by the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
