ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 31.03.2011 passed in I.A.No.891 of 2002 in C.M.A.C.F.R.No.15686 of 2002 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, thereby dismissing the petition to condone the delay in preferring the appeals.

2. When the matter was listed on 07.12.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 08.12.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 08.12.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
