These applications have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 262 days in setting aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant N.Shanthakumari; to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of N.Shanthakumari, the first appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the first appellant N.Shanthakumari as sixth, seventh and eighth appellants in the above second appeal.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out. 4.Post the second appeal on 13.08.2024.
