The appeal is filed against the Arbitration Award dated 26.03.2019. The appeal is filed on 11.07.2019 which is beyond the limitation period prescribed under the statute. As per the provisions of the Arbitration Act, appeal to be filed within 90 days and any appeal filed beyond the limitation period can be condoned only upto 30 days.
