Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed Report dated 31.07.2024 stating that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the Applicant. It is further stated that she took sincere efforts in tracing the vehicle and considering the efforts taken by her Additional remuneration may be ordered.

2.Since the warrant has been executed, this Application stands closed and considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing the vehicle,this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as Additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner, on or before 13.08.2024.
