When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Pothiraj, the learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, on instructions, would submit that factually, the application dated 28.12.2016 has not been received from the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. There is no contra material to refute the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in such view of the matter, the petitioner would give a fresh application.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the first respondent to look into the application, if any, to be filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a reasonable time. No costs.
