After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (crl.side) who had forwarded the report of the RDO and the learned counsel for the intervenor and while noting that Section 34 IPC had not been included as one of the offences in the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
