This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pursuant to the award dated 23.12.2010 on the file of the first respondent in ID.No.231 to 233, 235 and 237 of 1997 and to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner and to pay full backwages, continuity of service and all other attended benefits with costs.

When the matter was listed on 11.07.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 13.07.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 13.07.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 2/4
3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
