This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 19825 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22836 of 2022 on 02.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.
