When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had been detained as 'Goonda', as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, by an order dated 05.02.2024 in No.80/BCDFGISSSV/2024.
