The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) 1/3

and 351(3)of B.N.S. in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry was pending against the petitioner in CSR No.731 of 2024; that enquiry was completed and closed.
