This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.15267 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 to comply with the condition of this Court.

2.Having satisfied with the reason stated in the petition that, due to the ill-health of the petitioners, they could not comply with the condition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15267 of 2022 vide order dated 04.07.2022.
