This petition has been filed to pass an order under Section 482 Cr.P.C. transferring the FIR in Virudhachalam PS Crime No.603 of 2013 from the Judicial Magistrate Court, Virudhachalam to the Special Court/ACJM Court (Special Court for Idol Theft Cases), Kumbakonam on the ground of general convenience of the witnesses and meet the ends of Justice.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
