C.M.P.No. 3719 of 2023 in S.A. Sr. No. 137501 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J., Private notice which has been issued to the sole respondent has been served on them as is evident from tracking sheet filed into the Court. The service is effected on 13.03.2023.

However, none have entered appearance on behalf of the respondent till date. Therefore, considering the fact that the respondent has been served and sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay, the delay is condoned.
