JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.The appellants as plaintiffs filed a suit for declaration that they are the lawful lessees for the tank belonging to the respondent temple for Fasli 1406 to 1408. The Trial Court decreed themselves suit in respect of Fasli 1406 alone and dismissed the suit in respect of Fasli 1407 and 1408. Against which, they preferred an appeal in A.S.No.319 of 1997 on the file of the Principal District Court, Nagapattinam, which was also dismissed. Aggrieved against that, the present second appeal has been filed. Now, the Fasli 1407 and 1408 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already been over. Hence, this second appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
