This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) each to the credit of Crime No.59 of 2022, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.31892 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to financial difficulties, they were unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioners and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are jointly directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.59 of 2022. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
