ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order made in Na.Ka.No.1428/Aa.1/2014 dated 21.02.2015 passed by the 1st respondent and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present impugned order dated 21.02.2015 is passed in terms of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 and subsequently, the said Circular is withdrawn on 20.10.2017, pursuant to which, the consequential order was also withdrawn, and therefore nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, he prayed for passing appropriate orders.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents did not dispute the facts submitted by the petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the fair stand taken by either side, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, and liberty is granted to the private respondents to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
