ORDER

These petitions has been filed to (i) amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.29579 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 by including the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 303(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl MP Nos.3146 & 3148 of 2025 of Tamil Nau Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act instead of Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 303(1) of BNS and (2) to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.OP.No.29579 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
