Ruled 245(i) of TNMV Rules 1989, forthwith.

O R D E R
The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to communicate the order passed on the petitioner's application dated 16.04.2015, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for extension of mini bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
permit.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though they made the application as early as on 16.04.2015, seeking for extension of mini bus permit, the respondent has not communicated the order passed on such application so far.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that if an order is already passed by the respondent on the application filed by the petitioner, the same will be communicated to him immediately. However, he further submitted that if the respondent has not passed any order so far, he will pass such order within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and the submissions made by both sides, the respondent is directed to communicate the order passed on the petitioner's application dated 16.04.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the respondent has passed the order already. On the other hand, if no such order is passed so far, the respondent is directed to pass an order on the petitioner's application and communicate the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
