the petitioner in S.No.259/7, wrongly given (actual 259/1) and quash the same and consequently forebear the respondents from interfering the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property by the petitioner.

2. The order of this Court dated 26.02.2019 shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the said date as well as on the last date, i.e., 22.02.2019. In view of the above facts, the matter was posted for dismissal on 01.03.2019 i.e., today. As stated earlier, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Hence, the writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, WP.MP.Nos.38136 to 38138 of 2005 are closed.
