This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the entire records in S.T.C. No.844 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi and quash the same.

2. When the matter was called on 21.04.2021, the matter was adjourned to 09.06.2021. Then, while the matter was posted on 16.06.2021, at the request of the Government Advocate, the case was posted on 08.07.2021 for filing of counter. On 08.07.2021, the matter was directed to post on 20.07.2021 while the learned counsel for the petitioners reported as no instructions from the parties and the learned Government Advocate filed counter. When the matter came up for hearing on 20.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to post on 22.07.2021 ie. today, under the caption "for dismissal". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
