This petition is filed to transfer the PRC.No.64 of 2021 in Alteration FIR No.423 of 2021 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet to Special Court for Mps and MLAs cases and to expedite the trial within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the accused in this case is a Former Minister. He would further submit that necessarily this case will be committed for trial before the Special Court for Mps and MLAs cases.
