Today,when the matter is listed for 'Reporting Compliance', Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one of the respondent has filed W.A.No.1719 of 2023 and since the matter is pending before the Division Bench, reporting of compliance does not arise.
