for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to implement the Notice/Final Notice in Na.Ka.No.10221/2019/A1 dated 24.06.2022 and 29.12.2022 respectively passed by the first respondent and direct the second respondent to pay the rents from 01.04.2022 to till date in respect of the Fish, Dried Fish and Mutton Shops located at Old Market, Mahatma Gandhi Road, near New Bus Stand, Villupuram Municipality, Villupuram and consequently to hand over the control of the electricity connection to the petitioner, which is providing in respect of the above shops.
