(1D) No.218, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department, dated 20.06.2019 issued by the first respondent and quash the same in so far as Clause 9 is concerned and consequently direct respondents to permit the petitioners to opt for transfer to any one of the post of Headmaster in Government High Schools in Trichy and Kanyakumari Districts which would fall vacant due to retirement of incumbent Headmasters in the month of May, 2020.
