A. Nos.857 and 858 of 2024 in C.S No.791 of 2014 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two applications have been filed by the applicants/defendants 3 and 4 i) to reopen the evidence of the defendants and ii) to recall DW2 to let in rebuttal evidence.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these two applications are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to post the suit before the Additional Master-II, for recording evidence on 28.02.2024.
