..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st Respondent relating to the Award dated 16-3-2011 passed in ID.No.67 of 2008 and quash the portion of denying full back wages to the 35 workers and consequently direct the 2nd respondent Management to pay full back wages.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 19.11.2019, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, once again the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 20.11.2019. Today (20.11.2019), when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

2.In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
