Respondents Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 24.02.2015 in BDFGISSV No.176 of 2015 against petitioner's son, the detenu herein, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Thiru.Saran @ Saranraj, S/o.Purushothaman, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 24.02.2015 against her son, branding him as a "Goonda".

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the son of the petitioner dated 24.02.2015 in BDFGISSV No.176 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.2569, Home, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 17.04.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
