This petition has been filed to relax the condition order imposed in Paragraph No.5[b]. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Court order dated 20.10.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.24350 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
