This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2021 for grant of Community Certificate to the petitioner's son. 2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the contentions raised by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, this Court directs the 2nd respondent, who is competent to consider the representation of the petitioner, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.12.2021, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after holding an enquiry and considering the documents that may be filed by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
