3. The first respondent/plaintiff has not filed counter.

Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application for condoning the delay and considering the fact that this application has been filed within the condonable period under Order VIII Rule 1 of C.P.C as amended for the purpose of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the Written Statement of the fourth defendant is taken on record.
