Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 27.10.2017 for transfer of Stage Carriage Permit in respect of Vehicle No.TN-31-AA-3299 permitted to ply on the route Gingee to Tirukoilur (dealt with R.No.A2/13715/2017) and permit the petitioner to have counsel to represent at the time of personal hearing.
